*2010 Honda Stateline VT1300 (LOW MILEAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) *One owner, Purchased new from dealer (2011) I am selling my motorcycle because I have no time to ride and I just don't want the bike to sit and not be used. The bike has always been cared for and properly maintained. The bike has never been involved in an accident. In my opinion, the bike is like new (with very minor blemishes from normal riding). I have extras that I added to the bike, since I owned it (see below). Extras: *Custom (locking) Saddlebags...$1000 *Hypercharger air filter...............$350 (Note: The works, except for the two little chrome flaps. I took it to the dealer mechanic and he said he would have to drill into the engine to make the flaps work properly (he strongly did not recommend this). I agreed with the mechanic. So, the air filter works....its just the flaps don't work when you accelerate/decelerate. The flaps are always in an open position. I also have the original air filter that is included in the sale. *Chrome accessories................$320 *Windshield..............................$250 *Chrome mirrors....................... $130 *Chrome Grips..........................$80 (which I did not get put on the bike yet, but they are included in the sale) Thats over $2100 in extras! Again, the bike has LOW Mileage...only has 3,563 miles!!! It's practically just getting broken in...and with all these extras included!!! Cash is preferred for this sale. Results From Day 1 Of World Supersport Testing At Phillip Island
Mon, 17 Feb 2014Despite losing the World Supersport title last year to a hard-charging Sam Lowes, Mahi Racing Team India’s Kenan Sofuoglu, aboard his Kawasaki ZX-6R, hasn’t lost any of the pace that has made him the overwhelming favorite heading into 2014. He topped the timesheets on the first day of testing at Phillip Island, setting a time of 1:33.521, putting him at near lap-record pace. Second on the day was Dutchman Michael van der Mark, aboard the Pata Honda CBR600RR.
Honda to Shift Mid and Large Displacement Motorcycle Production to Thailand
Tue, 29 Nov 2011Honda is reportedly moving production of 400cc and larger motorcycles to Thailand from Japan to reduce production costs and overcome the rising value of the yen. According to Japanese news outlet Daily Yomiuri, Honda plans to produce 400cc and 500cc models at a new factory to be built in the suburbs of Bangkok, Thailand. Honda currently produces small displacement models such as the CBR250R in Thailand, with larger models coming out of Honda’s factory in Kumamoto, Japan.

Wed, 13 Oct 2010Suzuki’s GSX-R600 might not look that much different to the outgoing model but I suspect this bike could be very much a dark horse in 2011. I say this because two years ago I was definitely not building my hopes up en route to the K9 GSXR 1000 launch. The leaked pictures suggested the biggest change from the 2007 version would be some fresh graphics but I was so wrong. As it turned out, I was greeted in Almeria with a brand new bike, built from the tarmac up and it proved to be more than a match in every department for the much hyped 2009 Yamaha R1.
