AMA Supercross: 2012 New Orleans Results
Mon, 16 Apr 2012Ryan Villopoto has already secured the 2012 AMA Supercross Championship but that doesn’t mean he’s ready to let up and take it easy over the remainder of the season. The Monster Energy Kawasaki racer clinched his second consecutive title two weeks ago in Houston, Texas, but he continued his dominance in AMA Supercross’ return to New Orleans’ Superdome, taking the holeshot and leading all 20 laps for his ninth win of the season in 14 rounds. The New Orleans round may have lacked some big names currently nursing injuries such as Ryan Dungey, James Stewart and Chad Reed, but Villopoto provided a star effort in the first AMA Supercross race in the city since 2009.

Never was it more true than on the launch of Honda's CBR125R and CBR250R where a handful of UK journos were riding elbow to elbow for a couple of hours, with laughter flowing from everyone's lid as we all took turns to back in to roundabouts, burnout through town and wheelie from the lights.. Honda Reports Q3 2013-2014 Sales Results
Fri, 31 Jan 2014Honda reported an 11.4% increase in sales volume and 30.0% increase in net sales revenue from its motorcycle business in the third quarter ended Dec. 31, 2013. The industry giant sold 4.25 million motorcycles over the quarter compared to sales of 3.82 motorcycles in the same quarter the previous year.
