2007 HONDA VFR800 INTERCEPTOR, The Interceptor is equipped with Honda's 781cc liquid-cooled 90-degree V-TEC engine. The V-4 powerplant has 4-valves per cylinder, but only operates on two-valves (one intake, one exhaust) per cylinder at low rpm, then transitions to operating on all 4-valves at 6500 rpm and above. The engineering has an F-1 type feel to it, augmented by a powerfully sweet growl that really sings on top end. Just before tagging redline the Interceptor hits a respectable 107 horsepower at 10,800 rpm!This adult-owned, low-mileage Interceptor is super-clean with a Zero Gravity smoked windscreen, fender eliminator, rear cowl cover and a Harri's Hi-Tech tank protector. CARB Certifies 2015 Honda NC700X – Still No 750 Engine in Sight
Tue, 07 Oct 2014American consumers hoping Honda would replace its NC700X with the larger-displacement NC750X will be disappointed to know they might have to wait until the 2016 model year to get the 75cc engine upgrade. The California Air Resources Board has granted an executive for the 2015 Honda NC700X, certifying the motorcycle for sale in the state with the same 670cc engine displacement it had since being introduced in the 2012 model year. Now, this doesn’t mean Honda won’t decide to certify the 745cc engine after all; manufacturers resubmit and recertify models all the time, often replacing models are adding additional model using the same engine.

Honda owners have the opportunity to earn payouts at more than 1500 races in 2014 motocross, off-road, dirt track, ATV and road racing contests throughout the country. Honda’s press release was awfully thin with details for road racers, instead focusing on a restructure of the off-road series payouts and the different ways competitors can hope to win money in.
