Honda Other description

2005 Honda Vfr 800 A3 INTERCEPTOR (ABS), 2005 honda vfr Time to sell the VFR. The bike has just under 19k on it (18,867, and probably won't change too much). This bike has always performed flawlessly and has never had any problems. The bike has newer Michelin Pilot Road 3s on it (they have about 6k miles, but don't show it). Bike has been dropped on the right side. Has some scratches, but in good condition and barely noticeable. It has the following add-ons on it: OEM Saddlebags (from an 06, so they are black and not red) Helibars (1in up and 1 in back for more comfortable ride) ThrottleMeister Throttle Lock (these are the heavy version) Voltmeter installed on dash BLS Lowering Pegs Had wiring harness recall performed 3k miles ago. Also installed the VFR-ness just after the recall was performed. New Chain 6k miles ago Clean title in hand $6500 OBO Would also consider trade for BMW Dakar with hard cases. $6,500.00

Built For Speed Art Exhibit To Be Displayed At Sturgis Buffalo Chip

Wed, 23 Jul 2014

“Built for Speed – Race Inspired Motorcycles and Art” is the title of Michael Lichter’s 14th annual “Motorcycles as Art” exhibition in Sturgis this August, which for the second year in a row, will be jointly curated by Michael and Paul d’Orleans of the Vintagent. ‘Built for Speed’ is sure to impress visitors with a beautiful and thought-provoking display of motorcycles and related art, the race-inspired theme making connections between motorcycle racing and custom bike designs inspired by racers. Each custom bike in ‘Built for Speed’ reflects a branch of racing; Speedway, Flat Track, Drag Racing, Board Track,  Grand Prix, Land Speed Record, and will be displayed beside the racing machines suggesting the origins of each style.

A Lap of the Isle of Man TT Mountain Course with John McGuinness – Video

Tue, 26 Jun 2012

The Isle of Man TT is a very special event. Once the most prestigious motorcycle event in the world, the TT requires a certain type of character to ride superbikes at an average speed of over 130 mph through the quaint villages and over the rolling hills of the 37.73-mile Mountain Course. But don’t take my word for it, take the word of 19-time TT winner John McGuinness.

What’s the deal with all those Pink Motorcycles?

Tue, 07 Jul 2009

Picture a Motorcycle in your mind, any Motorcycle. It could be one you own, want to own, one you’ve seen. Can you picture it?  What Brand is it?  What Model, year, how fast does it go?  You can probably picture each of these elements vividly.
