This 1981 CX500 has a custom paint job with a few flows here and there. Custom seat and tail section. The bike has cbr600rr forks/front end. Front tire is new(120/90-17, the last picture shows the bike with the original tire before I swapped it), I have the new rear tire but I have not installed it yet. I also have a set of rear break shoes that will go with the bike, the rear brakes on the bike now squeak a tiny bit, the front brakes are full of life. The small holes on either side of the tail section are for turn signal mounting, if desired. In the photo's it shows the cbr grips and extensions on the lefts but not the right, but I just added the grips and grip extension on the right as well. This bike is in its "work cloths", I was going to strip the entire bike down and powder coat the frame but I do not have the time right now. Since the photo's, I have added a new set of gold colored air shocks, the shocks in the photo's will go with the bike. It handles wonderfully with the cbr front end. I have a rejet kit 90/120 for the carbs which I have not installed yet.
