Honda Gold Wing description

2008 Honda Gold Wing, GL1800 (GL18BM8) AIRBAG model.  Excellent condition.  Beautiful pearl white color.  39,712 miles.  Original owner.  Garage kept.  Adult driven.  ABS brakes, GPS navigation, air ride adjustable suspension, cruise control, electric reverse, heated seats and heated grips.  AM-FM radio, connection for iPod. Meticulously maintained/serviced.   Just completed full synthetic oil change service. All maintenance work completed by certified Honda Motorcycle technicians. No accidents. There is a scratch on the lower left side below seat (see last pic). Options include a (removable) back rest for those long highway rides. Tires recently replaced so plenty of tread life remaining. Battery Tender included. Comes with clean and clear title, (2) keys, all manuals, and factory tool kit.  Note:  This 2008 GL 1800 Honda Gold Wing airbag model is under recall by Honda for the airbag.  Honda sent a notice indicating that remedy parts will be available in the fall of 2016. The repair will done free of charge.  In addition, the notice states that in the meantime, should you wish, you can have the airbag deactivated by any authorized Honda motorcycle dealer at no cost to you. The recall notice will go with the bike.  Thanks for looking.

It was a long time coming, but sidecar racer Conrad Harrison can add one accomplishment to his resume: Isle of Man TT winner. Harrison, along with passenger Mike Aylott won the first of two Sure Sidecar TT races. The win was the first for Harrison since he made his Isle of Man TT debut 21 years ago in 1993.

As neither the 125GPs or the Moto2 classes race at Laguna Seca, Stefan Bradl smartly used his time between the Le Mans and Catalunya Grand Prixs to learn the California track and the Corkscrew ahead of the US GP on July 29th. Riding a loaned Fireblade from Honda America, the German took the to undulating circuit on a trackday, reportedly passing other riders very politely - watch a small glimpse of him here. “Moto2 and Moto3 don’t race at Mazda Raceway so we thought it was a good idea to have a first taste of this tight and twisty circuit." said the 2011 Moto2 champion said.
