BIDDING REQUIREMENTS:

When placing a bid above $15,000 eBay requires a special verification process prior to bidding on these items. If you are not verified your bid will not be allowed by eBay on anything over $15,000. The credit card used in verification process will not be charged but is used so eBay can verify your identity. If you think the bid on this item will reach the $15,000 figure or higher, get verified. Don't wait until the last minute to do this as it takes a little time.

All bidders must beat least 18 years of age.

All bidders must have valid drivers license in the state to which they wish to register the vehicle in, this drivers license must be faxed to us at 904-592-5888, we must have a copy in our files according to Florida law. We need valid proof of who you are and your legal age. If you require a Temporary Tag we will need copy of valid insurance card, it does not have to be on car purchased yet but proof you do have valid insurance.

Any bidder with negative feedback will have their bid temporarily blocked until we can verify their contact information and bidding is subject to approval by the management.

GENERAL DISCLOSURE:

Please keep in mind these are used vehicles and not new vehicles. Please expect normal wear and tear unless stated otherwise in the ad. Auto Depot Inc has tried to disclose all known information about this vehicle up for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical cosmetic scratches and dings inherent for their age and use, all mechanical parts are subject to fail. We are a true wholesale dealer so most of the vehicles you purchase here are way less then the retail value.

We often go through several hundred vehicles a month, so we check the vehicles major components (i.e.....engine, transmission, rear end, brakes and safety related items) by road testing the vehicle for good mechanical condition. We are not liable for vehicle batteries being low or dead on shipped units as transporters may have left the lights on or ignition turned on in the vehicle in transport to you, in most cases a simple charge on the battery will cure this. If the battery goes dead the radio in your vehicle may be inoperative and require a programmable radio code before use, programmable radio codes can be obtained at your local new car dealer where that make and model of the vehicle is serviced. Federal law states all vehicles over ten years of age are exempt from accurate mileage disclosure and must be sold mileage exempt. If we have available the listed vehicles books and owners manual we will leave them in the vehicle upon delivery, we also try to take pictures of all the books, keys, remotes and owners manual in the listed ad if they are indeed present. 

No repairs, airfare, fuel, lodging or transportation expenses will be refunded to the customer by Auto Depot Inc in the event that there is any discrepancy on this vehicle. All refunds must be approved by the management prior to a refund being issued, this approval must be in writing. The refund will only be issued to the original bidder (purchasers name indicated on bill of sale) not to any 2nd or 3rd parties involved. In the event of a refund Auto Depot Inc will only be held liable for the amount indicated on the vehicles original bill of sale, the $199 dealer fee and a $500 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund proceeds. Once a refund has been authorized, the vehicle must be returned (at the buyers expense) to Auto Depot Inc, 14476 Duval Place West, Suite 302, Jacksonville Florida 32218 and must be in same condition when sold, the mileage on the vehicles odometer must not exceed 50 miles from the original odometer reading at time of sale. Once vehicle has been returned please allow 10 working days for inspection and refund process. In the event of any legal litigation the governing county shall be Duval County, Florida. The petitioner will be liable for all attorney and court costs incurred by Auto Depot Inc.

We encourage all potential bidders to test drive and inspect the vehicle listed in this auction prior to placing a bid. Any inspection or test drive must occur prior to the auction ending.

The vehicle listed in this ad may have been previously or currently titled as a lease turn in (short term & long term leases apply), there is nothing wrong with being previously titled as a lease vehicle but Florida Law requires that we disclose this to the buyer. In today's market of high end vehicles or for that matter any vehicle might be leased as to write the use of the vehicle off to their company or the company in which they work for benefiting them on their taxes. Most of these vehicles are better maintained as when they are turned in they have to be inspected by the leasing companies agent and the owner is charged back for abnormal wear and tear, so they tend to take care of a leased car better or it could cost them thousands of dollars in penalties.

Auto Depot Inc reserves the right to end the auction early due to prior sales pending. SO DON'T WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO BID, it might be too late. 

AS IS WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:

This vehicle is being SOLD AS IS. No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. Manufacturers warranties may still be applicable. We do not guarantee any warranties from the manufacturer/dealer so please check with the manufacturer/dealer on the existing warranty coverage period, coverage of components and terms of the factory warranty. 

PAYMENT RULES AND REQUIREMENTS:

A deposit of $250 is due via PayPal immediately after auction close and FULL PAYMENT must be made within 3 DAYS of auctions end.The payment must be in the form of CASHIERS CHECK, BANK TO BANK WIRE TRANSFER or CASH IN PERSON. 

NO PERSONAL CHECKS, PAYPAL OR CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED AS A FORM OF FULL PAYMENT, PAYPAL CAN ONLY USED FOR THE $250 DEPOSIT! 

Only PayPal deposits are accepted. PayPal can only be used as a deposit and is NOT accepted as a form of full payment on a vehicle. If the buyer does not follow through with the purchase of the item (full payment is within three days of auction end), the PayPal deposit will not be refunded and thus be forfeited.

If you do not intend to follow through with the purchase the item listed, please we ask you do not to bid! We must receive the $250 deposit immediately and hear from the winning bidder within 24 HOURS of auction ending, this contact must be through eBay's messaging center. If this does not occur in the specified time frame we will be forced to re-list the item and place appropriate feedback.

All bidders must be able to pay by cash in person, cashiers check, or bank to bank wire transfer the funds or have all loans PRE-APPROVED before placing a bid on this vehicle. We accept all lending institution checks as a form of payment, these checks must be certified funds, bank to bank money wire or cashiers check. We do not accept envelope drafts as a form of payment. We will guarantee your lender in writing that their lien will be placed on the title. Make sure when using an online lending source that you specify to them that we are a licensed and bonded independent used car dealer in the State of Florida, so that the can send you the proper check, as we are not a Franchised Dealer. Any problems with the terms of this rule please email us for specific details on how you wish to handle the transaction BEFORE BIDDING. No escrow payments are accepted. Unqualified Bidding, Bid Shielding, Auction Interference and any form of harassment will be subject to the rules and regulations of eBay and will be reported. We are professionals in the business of selling vehicles at great prices and take our eBay auctions very serious and we feel that you should.

If you are purchasing from overseas or out of country the only method of payment we accept is a bank to bank wire transfer.

All deposits paid are non-refundable, meaning you lose any deposit paid if you do not follow through on the purchase of the item. The item must be paid for in the time specified in the PAYMENT RULES AND REQUIREMENTS section of our CONTRACT RULES. Any high bidder that does not follow through on purchase of item listed will be responsible for a re-list fee of $250 paid immediately to Auto Depot Inc. Any vehicle paid after the three day payment policy is subject to a $150 fee being added to the final price only if vehicle was re-listed for auction prior to receiving the payment.

SHIPPING:

We can help you secure shipping if necessary. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. The companies we use are quite dependable, have great rates and are fully insured. We are acting as a broker in the shipping of your vehicle and are not liable for damage done in the course of shipping, that is between you and the shipper. We have on file all insurance papers for the shipping companies we use. 

PROCESSING FEES:

There is a processing fee of $199.00 added to every auction transaction and this charge will be added to the final auction price. This charge represents cost and profit to the seller/dealer for items such as inspecting, cleaning and adjusting new and used vehicles, preparing documents related to the sale and customer services provided by the dealer to the customer. The USPS Priority mail fee is included in this cost and is for your protection and ours on the security of the title and paperwork to you. These costs have been absorbed by the dealer for a while and is getting quite expensive. If you watch the sales price of our auctions you can see why we can't afford this cost because we sell at true wholesale! Titles are sent out as they are processed in the order vehicles are sold.

NOTICE TO OUT OF STATE PURCHASERS:

Out of Sate buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in their residing state. Please check with your local county TAG/DMV office to see what the fee's and taxes are in your state for the vehicle you are buying. Auto Depot Inc will furnish you with a 30 day temporary tag if needed "only if you have faxed your valid proof of insurance" which allows you time to get your vehicle registered in your state.

NOTICE TO FLORIDA PURCHASERS:

Auto Depot Inc must collect all applicable sales tax on Florida residence purchases. This sales tax is calculated by the county you register the vehicle in. Florida State sales tax rate is currently 6% plus your county surtax rate, please call for the exact amount. Once you have faxed your proof of insurance, Auto Depot Inc will furnish you with a 30 day temporary tag which you will use on your purchase until your metal tag and registration is received. Per Florida law Auto Depot Inc must process all title and registration paperwork for all Florida residents
