I have a 1970 Honda CT70. Runs and shifts very good. New Tires--New complete Seat--Bars--Headlight bucket--Levers--Grips--Battery--Etc. Horn. brake light and head lights work. Rims have been painted. Chain guard has been painted and looks fair. Fenders are in good shape with a little surface pitting which is not too noticeable but no dents or big scratches. The tank has no dents, just a few nicks and scratches. Muffler is in nice condition with no leaks. It is very clean under the bike as well as the top and no dirt or grime on either the front or rear sprockets. Has only 1,598 original miles. No Title but I will include a bill of sale with purchase. Please look at the photos and you can see it is very nice for a 1970...I feel it's worth much more than my starting price. I don't care much for reserve listings because it's a waiting game to see what it will take to win the auction, which is a waste of your time bidding and you don't know what the out come will be. I feel $1,895 is a great price for this bike. Please ask any questions you may have before bidding. A $200 non refundable deposit due at end of auction and the remaining balance will be paid in Money Order, Cashiers Check or Cash before bike is picked up or shipped. Mon, 28 Sep 2009Two weeks ago, I took a break from my regular duties gathering news for Motorcycle.com to fly to Germany to cover the 2009 Frankfurt Auto Show for our sister site AutoGuide.com. For two hectic days, AutoGuide editor Colum Wood and I scrambled across the massive 6.2 million square foot Messe Frankfurt trade fair compound, running from press conference to press conference to get the latest on exotic sport cars, futuristic concept models and international unveilings from the automotive world. It was heaven for car lovers, but for me, it meant fighting my way through hordes of photogs, auto-journalists and car show models to get the first photos of four-wheeled goodies from MINI, Ferrari and Lotus.

Wed, 21 Sep 2011Motorcycle thefts in the U.S. are down for the fourth consecutive year in 2010, according to a report from the National Insurance Crime Bureau. There were 49,791 reported motorcycle thefts in 2010, an 11.2% drop from the 56,093 thefts reported in 2009.
