Honda CRF description

2013 Honda CRF80F, Give your youth a few more CCs of fun. This is just the right bike at just the right time. Ideal for tweens and smaller teens, the CRF80F has a durable, easy-shifting manual transmission for those with the size, skill and maturity to handle it. The 80cc four-stroke engine delivers smooth power and performance, while the rugged rear suspension makes it easy to handle. And it is all packed inside a tough steel frame. Throw Honda's reputation for reliability and low maintenance into the mix, and you end up with the perfect bike to give your rider's confidence room to grow. It is not too big. It is not too small. It is the CRF80F, and it is just right. Smooth Operator. For so many youth, our 80cc engine is just the right size. Not only is it nearly bulletproof, but it also delivers power in a predictable, easy-to-control manner, which is precisely what developing riders need. Tough As Steel. Durability starts at the core. That is why our off-roaders are equipped with a high-tensile steel frame, treated to withstand the elements and assembled with reinforced weld points. As Easy As 1-2-3-4-5. One of the CRF80F's big-bike features is the conventional clutch and five-speed manual transmission. It is durable, easy-shifting, and perfect for a growing skill set. Important Safety Information Parents need to consider their youngster's age, size, ability and maturity before allowing them to ride. See owner's manual for additional safety and supervisory information. Designed exclusively for off-road operator-only use. Always wear a helmet, eye protection and protective clothing whenever you ride. Never ride under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Always obtain written permission before riding on private land. Whenever you ride off-road, follow the Tread Lightly guidelines, and always keep on established trails in approved riding areas. Use common sense, keep your riding area clean, respect the rights of others when you ride. Operating your motorcycle with a modified engine, emission control system, or noise control system may be illegal.

New Honda Fury TV Spot is Scary [Video]

Thu, 28 May 2009

Ok, it’s not THAT new… Somehow it slipped passed me back in April.  I guess I was too busy watching people do wheelies on scooters. The new 2010 Honda Fury TV spot has a lot of quick edits of intense scenes including a shark jumping up at your face and various animals and people screaming at you.  Let’s not forget the dude getting punched in the face and people getting blown around by a tornado. Ya, it’s INTENSE and kind of scary.  You don’t see too much of the bike except for it standing stationary near the end.

Isle of Man TT 2012: TT Zero Results – MotoCzysz Wins 100 mph Bounty

Wed, 06 Jun 2012

Third time’s a charm. 2010 and 2011 TT Zero winner MotoCzysz, with rider Michael Rutter, finally became the first to average a speed of 100 mph on the Isle of Man‘s 37.733 Mountain Course on an electric motorcycle, capturing the long-sought after 10,000 British pound (US$15,000) bounty. Wearing the #1 plate for winning last year’s TT Zero, Rutter completed the 2012 TT Zero with a time of 21:45.33 for an average speed of 104.056 mph on the new 2012 MotoCzysz E1PC.

Just got back from the Stafford show. It was packed. Largely with groups of silver-haired men.
