Honda CL description

Great survivor!!!  This is an awesome bike!  The chrome on the exhaust pipes and wheels are amazing and have few marks period!  I'm not sure you will fine nicer ones on any other CL this old!!!  The tank also has zero dent, but some paint is starting to chip off.  Some of the other chrome has some chipping and minor rust, but not terrible.  This bike has zero leaks!  The clutch lever is broken and will need to be replaced.  The Carbs are off the bike and in a plastic tub.  They will need to be rebuilt and placed back on the bike. The side covers are almost perfect and the seat is nice. The seat does have a few small flaws and one eraser size hole, but still solid!  It does not have a battery and the compression is great on the bike.  With the carbs back on and battery replaced this bike will run great!  Another issue with the bike is that the previous onwer eliminated the starter button and bypassed the key switch.  The bike doesn't have a key and just kick starts.  If you have the knowledge and ability to get this bike back to original, you could have an amazing bike for a reasonable price!!!  These bikes cherry and mint can bring $4000!  I am not putting a reserve on the bike and starting it at a good price!  It has a clear title and is solid!!!  Buyer is repsonsible for pickup. Good luck bidding on this hard to find bike!!!

Bradl learns Laguna on a 'Blade

Thu, 07 Jun 2012

As neither the 125GPs or the Moto2 classes race at Laguna Seca, Stefan Bradl smartly used his time between the Le Mans and Catalunya Grand Prixs to learn the California track and the Corkscrew ahead of the US GP on July 29th. Riding a loaned Fireblade from Honda America, the German took the to undulating circuit on a trackday, reportedly passing other riders very politely - watch a small glimpse of him here. “Moto2 and Moto3 don’t race at Mazda Raceway so we thought it was a good idea to have a first taste of this tight and twisty circuit." said the 2011 Moto2 champion said.

2014 Honda CB1100 EX Revealed

Wed, 20 Nov 2013

Alongside the updated 2014 CB1100, Honda revealed a new variant it calls the CB1100 EX. Both 2014 models were announced at the Tokyo Motor Show but we’re still waiting to hear whether Honda will be coming stateside. The difference between the regular CB1100 and the EX are not that apparent, and at quick glance, it may be difficult to tell them apart.

Mon, 28 Nov 2011

Valentino Rossi is back on the podium. Not a MotoGP podium, mind, but for a rally car race at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza in Italy. (Post updated with video.) Driving a Ford Fiesta RS with co-driver Carlo Cassina, Rossi won two of nine stages and finished second overall to eight-time World Rally Car Champion Sebastien Loeb at the 2011 Monza Rally Show.
