Honda CBR description

As you can see by the pictures, this is not your typical Blackbird. I bought this bike about four years ago. It was all there except for the plastics. I bought the headlight surround from Honda brand new! I also got a quick education about the cost of these parts. In any case i have since bought almost all of the rest of the parts on e-bay. They are not from this year, so they are not black. Got another quick lesson when looking at Color-Rites OEM prices. Long story short, I went with the naked look. I actually like it. I bought a used swingarm, sent it to Spencer Cycles and had them do a 4 to 8 inch stretch for starters. The bike has been jetted. Sprockets are 1down and 2 up. It has all chrome calipers and all wave rotors. Chrome stator and clutch covers. ALL! brake lines are braided Galfers. Rear sprocket is a Supersprox. The chain is an EK-ZZZ. Headlights have been converted to HID's. Michelin pilot powers in great shape. The downpipe is from across the pond, and the slip ons are Delkevic's. It has a Mototek fender eliminator. It also has Auto Meter Phantom oil pressure and oil temperature gauges.Oh yeah, also has a throttlemeister installed, great for the highways. It also has a rear lowering link. If you have any questions, please call sme at 201-674-4398. I am located just outside of New York City.

                                                                         Thanks Mike

P.S.-Almost forgot to mention, I have the stock swingarm. The bike also has roll and click levers, and twin trumpet airhorns. Will add if necessary! I also have the original downpipe with Vance and Hines slip ons. Don't be confused about the picture that shoes the stock clutch cover and stock center stand. Those pieces are now chrome, older picture, sorry.
