Honda CB description

1981 Honda CB 750 C (Custom). Runs good. Has aftermarket exhaust pipe, handlebars, handgrips, headlight, new seat. 18000+ miles. Was my daily driver until I bought a Shadow 1100. Bike has some dents on the tank. Chain driven. Center stand. A lot of people are making these into bobbers. 750cc, it is quick. Has tall backrest - can be taken off for a sleeker look.

Been blasting all around the UK on my Crosstourer DCT this summer. The bike is mega in a Range Rovery-posh and grunty kind of a way. But it’s that engine and gearbox that transcend the normal into new realms of brilliance. Honda RC-E Electric Sportbike Revealed at 2011 Tokyo Motor Show

Wed, 30 Nov 2011

We’re still waiting for any technical details but here are initial photographs Honda has released of its new RC-E electric sportbike concept at the 2011 Tokyo Motor Show. (Updated with six more high-resolution images.) Honda describes the RC-E as an electric version of a supersports bike, claiming a powerful and smooth ride for an electric vehicle within the compact form of a 250cc-class motorcycle. The images clearly show Brembo calipers and Ohlins suspension, and we especially like the LED headlights and the retro styling.

So that's why he's called RANDY de Puniet

Tue, 20 Jul 2010

RANDY de Puniet may well have just been ejected from his LCR Honda RC212V MotoGP racer during qualifying for Sunday's Sachsenring GP but that ain't gonna stop him from bringing one of the company perks with him to Dr Costa's on-circuit surgery. The Frenchman crashed during qualifying after hitting oil and water spilled on track by Jorge Lorenzo's Fiat Yamaha, after it spewed its guts along almost the entire length of the start finished straight. Following the crash De Puniet was whisked away on a stretcher with a suspected broken foot.
