Excellent condition and METICULOUSLY maintained with 64,000+ miles; had  a 60k service in May 2013, which included replacement of steering goose-neck bearings, front fork oil replacement, and rear brake pads. Asking $12,500.  We have around $30K invested in the bike.  Many, many additional upgraded items including Vance & Hines True Duel Exhaust and Oval Slip-ons, Stage 1 Kit with Race Tuner; Diamond Plate rider foot boards, grips, and foot-pegs; Optional Laced Rims;Comfort Reach Handle Bars with Chrome button switches; Trim Rings on all lights, to include the Auxillary Brake Light / Turn Signal Conversion Kit that enlightens all rear lights when braking; Road King Classic Fender Skirt,  Passenger Foot-Board Covers, and two Saddlebag Guard Bags; Steering Lock Clock; Nostalgic Saddlebag Guard Rails; Engraved Medallion Shift Linkage Cover; and Electronic Cruise Control.  We are original owners and even have a Leather Bound  "Certificate of Motorcycle Origin".  Also included is all the maintenance records. This is a beautiful machine and a GREAT deal. Nothing wrong with her, she runs great and is very dependable. We are upgrading and it is hard to part with her. There have been tears shed but can't pass up deal on the new one.

2014 Harley-Davidson Tri Glide Ultra Classic Recalled

Harley-Davidson is recalling the 2014 Tri Glide Ultra Classic trike  because of a problem with . At the moment, a recall has only been announced by Transport Canada; the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has yet to announce the recall due to the federal government shutdown, but recall notices are already being sent out to dealers in the U.S. According to the Canadian agency, the upper fork stem bracket was machined incorrectly, allowing for more steering angle than intended by the trike’s specifications.

New Harley-Davidson Sportster for India to Use 500cc V-Twin

When Harley-Davidson first entered the Indian market, The Motor Company decided to import existing models as complete knockdown kits for final assembly in the burgeoning market. Considering the average motorcycle in India has a displacement smaller than 200cc, it was inevitable Harley-Davidson would eventually have to produce a small-displacement model rather than rely on its existing product line which currently lists the 883cc sportsters as its smallest bikes. Despite a denial last May by Harley-Davidson India’s Managing Director Anoop Prakash, it now appears Harley-Davidson is set to announce a new small-displacement model to be produced in India at the 2014 Indian Auto Expo next February.

Harley-Davidson Consolidates Businesses in Spain, Portugal and Italy

In response to the continuing economic struggles in southern Europe, Harley-Davidson announced it will combine its operations in Spain, Portugal and Italy into a single business unit to be called SPI Motor Company. Harley-Davidson says the new company, which officially begins operating immediately, will be better positioned to respond to the challenges of the market. The new company will be led by Regional Managing Director of Operations Yves-Olivier Allamagny, formerly the director of Harley-Davidson Italy.
