Up for bid is a 2014 Harley Davidson limited brown and tan in pristine condition. Comes with 2 helmets and headsets so that the riders can communicate with each others and other riders. the new Project Rushmore touring bikes en masse and found that the myriad refinements add up to a mountain of difference. Standing out among the tourers is the Electra Glide Limited, which comes with every available accoutrement, including The Motor Company’s new Boom! Box 6.5 infotainment system. It’s an incredibly complex audio and information system that’s remarkably easy to master thanks to an intuitive control system that utilizes twin thumb toggles as a primary means to scroll and select options. This interactive system, with voice recognition and bluetooth capability, is a huge upgrade from the standard Harman/Kardon system we’ve used in previous models. The new Boom Box Infotainment system provides the loudest clearest sound and most intuitive operation ever on a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. A key feature of the bike is the motorcycle luggage capacity. The sleek new saddlebags and Tour-Pak provide more room for your gear. New on the Electra Glide Ultra Classic this year are Daymaker LED headlamps and LED fog lamps that provide 450 feet of punch down the road. 2012 Harley-Davidson Seventy-Two and Softail Slim Revealed

2013 Harley-Davidson Breakout Unveiled at Daytona Bike Week
Fri, 08 Mar 2013In a rare move, Harley-Davidson has unveiled a base version of its Breakout months after first launching the exclusive Custom Vehicle Operations version. Presented at the 2013 Daytona Bike Week, the 2013 Harley-Davidson Breakout offers a similar low and muscular profile as the CVO version but at prices starting at $17,899 compared to the premium model’s $26,999 price point. Tom Roderick reviewed the 2013 Harley-Davidson CVO Breakout last August, saying it “continues the tradition of exclusivity, performance and style customers have come to expect from Harley-Davidson’s Custom Vehicle Operations.” But take away the premium CVO features and what do you have?
Harley-Davidson Hires ex-GM Engineer Federico
Thu, 08 May 2014Harley-Davidson has hired a former General Motors engineer and executive, most recently recognized for leading the automaker’s internal investigation of its ignition switch fiasco that resulted in a recall of 2.6 million vehicles. Jim Federico retired from GM on May 5 after working in various roles with the company over nearly four decades, most recently as executive director of global vehicle integration. Federico will join Harley-Davidson on June 2 as vice president of engineering.
