2011 Harley Davidson FLHX Street Glide in Black Denim that is ready to see the country, with you in the driver's seat. This Street Glide comes with the Harley Davidson Power Pak factory option that includes the Twin Cam 103 engine, security, and ABS, giving you the amenities of an enhanced motorcycle touring bike. Only has 4,343 miles on it! The black denim paint looks great all around, and the tires all have thousands of miles of tread left. Extremely comfortable touring seats made for the long haul. Never down or in any accidents. Primary and air cover are powder coated, and they really look cool on this bike. Has beautiful LED's along the chassis. Cool looking Etched windshield with flames & Air Force wings, and it lights up also (with hidden lights from the bottom). Really neat feature. Passed our 34 point checklist with flying colors. The only real flaws we could find were a scratch on the lower right saddlebag, a scratch on top of the rear fender where a sissy bar would have been, and a few very, very small rock chips on the front fender. Harley-Davidson World Ride Tops 10 Million Miles; Eclipses 2012 Total by 28 Percent
Mon, 01 Jul 2013Motorcycle riders from around the world enthusiastically joined members of the Harley Owners Group (HOG) on June 23 and 24 to shatter last year’s record mileage total for the Harley-Davidson World Ride by collectively logging more than 10 million miles, a 28 percent increase over the 2012 total. Launched in 2008 as HOG’s Million Mile Monday, the annual event was expanded into the two-day Harley-Davidson World Ride in 2012 to give more riders worldwide an opportunity to participate. In 2012, participants logged 7,799,140 miles, but this year as riders celebrated the 110th Anniversary of Harley-Davidson Motor Company and the 30th Anniversary of HOG that culminates this Labor Day weekend in Milwaukee, they blitzed that record by more than 25 percent, tallying an official total of 10,018,231 miles.

In addition to the restyling, the Street Bob joins the 1200 Custom as one of two bikes available for Harley’s web-based customization program known as H-D1. “Our focus for the Street Bob is always on street appeal,” Harley-Davidson’s Styling Manager Tony Pink said in a release.
Harley Recalls 25,000 2014 Touring Models
Wed, 16 Oct 2013Harley-Davidson is acting quickly to address potential safety issues by voluntarily recalling certain 2014 Touring motorcycles equipped with a hydraulic clutch system that may pose a safety issue for riders and/or passengers. The recalls include a Do Not Ride notice to owners and a Do Not Deliver notice to Harley-Davidson dealers until the motorcycle is fixed. “The safety of our customers is our highest priority,” said Tony Wilcox, Harley-Davidson General Manager of Motorcycle New Product Delivery.
