Designed to replace the OEM fork caps, the machined aluminum adjusters can be installed in well under an hour with basic tools and are available for 39mm and 49mm Sportster and Dyna forks. The adjusters sit tight against the triple tree to avoid handlebar interference and are available in clear or black anodized finish. Fri, 01 Nov 2013Motorcycle and scooter sales in the U.S. in 2013 remain consistent with last year’s figures, according to data released by the Motorcycle Industry Council. Several manufacturers blamed poor weather for the poor start this year, and the rebounding sales in the third quarter helped to negate the slow sales from earlier in the year.
Harley Recalls 25,000 2014 Touring Models
Wed, 16 Oct 2013Harley-Davidson is acting quickly to address potential safety issues by voluntarily recalling certain 2014 Touring motorcycles equipped with a hydraulic clutch system that may pose a safety issue for riders and/or passengers. The recalls include a Do Not Ride notice to owners and a Do Not Deliver notice to Harley-Davidson dealers until the motorcycle is fixed. “The safety of our customers is our highest priority,” said Tony Wilcox, Harley-Davidson General Manager of Motorcycle New Product Delivery.
