This 2004 Harley Davidson FLHTCSE Screaming Eagle was a trade in here at Fort Worth Harley Davidson. The bike does start and has not been through our shop. It is sold AS-IS with not warranty implied or otherwise. It is powered by a factory 103ci engine and 5 speed transmission. It has custom chrome ape hangars, Pioneer stereo and upgraded speakers in the the custom stretched bags. As well as a custom stretched rear fender. The bags and rear fender have been prepped for paint. NOTICE TO BIDDERS: While we make every effort to accurately describe our vehicles, please understand you are purchasing a used motorcycle. They come with no warranty expressed or implied from our dealership. Fort Worth Harley does offer extended warranties at an additional cost for your peace of mind. We encourage all buyers to look at the bike in person or order an inspection by a third party prior to the auction ending. PAYMENT TYPES: Certified Funds, Cash in Person, Bank Financing FEES: All buyers will be charged a $125 documentary fee. This helps us with costs associated with title and bank paperwork. There is also a state required vehicle inventory tax. It is charged at a rate of .002390% of the selling price, which equates to $23.90 for every $10,000 of purchase price. Buyers will also be responsible for all state and local taxes and fees. TERMS: A $500 non-refundable partial payment is due immediately. Buyer must contact our office within 24 hours of auction close. The balance must be received within 7 Business days. All checks are subject to 10 day hold. All bidders with 0 or negative feedback must contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, your bid may be canceled. Harley-Davidson to Assemble More Models in India
Mon, 04 Mar 2013Harley-Davidson is expanding its assembly operations in India, increasing the number of models imported as complete knockdown kits to nine. Harley-Davidson will now assemble the Fat Boy, Fat Boy Special and Heritage Softail Classic in India, joining six models already being assembled in India. The move follows India’s new budget which increases import duties on motorcycles with engines larger than 800cc to 75% from the previous rate of 60%.

Thu, 22 Nov 2012IT'S been a while coming, but the gorgeous Vespa 946 - EICMA 2012's Best of Show - has finally introduced something to the two-wheeled world that our four-wheeled counterparts have had for a while. I call this 'reverse retro-futurism' - the art of borrowing lines from models past and imbuing them with a sleek sense of future direction (as opposed to retro-futurism, the pre-1960s design trend of depicting the technology of the future. The term 'decopunk' may come close, but feel free to tell me if there's a more exact term.) It's what the New Mini and the New Beetle (both 1997 and 2012 versions) have done so well, and so successfully: building an all-new model as a tribute to a classic, something that's modern yet already timeless, with a widely-appreciated, inclusive aesthetic (and here we eliminate the Plymouth PT Cruiser from the conversation). The biking world is great at retro, indeed thrives on it, but not so good at adding in a taste of the 21st century.
