This is a 100th anniversary model, it has a factory custom red ghost flame paint job. Original 88 cu in motor has a big bore kit taking it to 96 cu in. A "power commander" computer is installed and programmed to match the engine options. BUB/Rinehart true dual exhaust system. HD Sundowner seat with basketweave to match the bags and the trunk. Trunk is quick detachable. There is a detachable luggage rack w/passenger backrest and a removable/fully adjustable riders backrest. Pull back handlebars for added riding comfort. Lots of extra chrome and "Live to Ride, Ride to Live" items. Some original parts are available with the purchase of the bike.(exhaust, seat, handle bar) This bike also includes the original 100th Anniversary painted sheet metal and body parts in "Gunmetal Pearl". A creation of the German Motorcycle Authority, the TwinTrax is nearly 107 inches long, weighs 882 pounds, and took owner/builder Christoph Madaus 12 years to complete. Oh, and don’t forget the two Harley-Davidson V-Twins powering this thing.

Harley does however really seem to reinforce the stereotype of a typical Harley rider, I’m not sure if I am cool enough but the new Sportster Forty-Eight looks great! Original Viva Knievel Harley Davidsons For Sale On Ebay
Fri, 09 Aug 2013For sale on Ebay right now are two original Harley-Davidson Sportsters ridden by legendary stuntman Evel Knievel in the film “Viva Knievel!“ Click here to see the Ebay listing, which ends on Monday, August 12. The first is the “Flying Eagle” Strato-Cycle, which is one of two used in the movie. The bike is complete with full documentation including original sales invoice from Harley-Davidson in 1977, which certified (with matching VIN numbers) and specifies that it was used in the Viva Knievel movie.
