Harley-Davidson Touring description

For sale is a 2003 Roadglide 100th anniversary model. The coveted silver and black paint scheme with anniversary specific badging, striping and wheels. This bike has been owned by myself and one other owner. I put 1200 miles on it and the original owner, over his ownership only put 6300 miles on it. As it sits today, there are 7508 miles on it. The bike is mint. There are 3-4 minor paint defects; the front fender, on the backside of the left saddlebag and on the top of the left saddlebag there are very minor paint anomalies-most people wouldn't see them or notice them. Beyond the base features the bike is covered in chrome covers, knobs, and other additions. Some of the big changes-all chrome handlebar controls, Dyna handlebars for added comfort, braided clutch, throttle and brake cables, chrome foot-boards, billet linkage and brake levers, soft grips, chrome oil cooler cover, oil cooler, fuel valve cover, chrome switch cover, lay-down license plate holder, Screamin' eagle exhaust and ECM upgrade, bullet turn signal conversion front and rear, chrome air horn, push-button fuel door release, detachable disconnect mounts, saddlebag hardware covers, gauge trim rings, chrome stealth mirrors, Rockford Fosgate 300w amplifier, Alpine top of the line 6.5" speakers, hidden antenna, Harley stealth seat, Hells Foundry engine guard elimination kit...there is more little stuff, but that's the big list. The bike has all fluids changed with synthetics..motor, brakes, transmission-all new Harley specific fluids. Battery was replaced a year ago. The bike is iconic and symbolic-the 100th anniversary silver and black was by far the nicest of the paint schemes. As you may also know, there is no 2014 Roadglides being produced; it is possible this bike may not be made again in 2015. If you're interested, by all means email. Do not email if you're a dealer, lowballer, etc. I just bought a 2013 CVO Roadglide so I have a bike to ride-won't be low-balled. Transaction completed using a deposit through my bank, Wells Fargo. Text or call 702-275-7261 or email. Winning buyer MUST have 100% positive feedback and upon completion of winning the auction, immediately deposit $1000 via paypal. Bike is listed for sale locally-I reserve the right to cancel the auction at any time, should I sell it. SERIOUS INTEREST ONLY PLEASE.

In anticipation of Harley-Davidson announcing its third-quarter performance in 2011 Forbes.com expects Harley will reveal its third straight quarter of sales growth. Elvis' Harley

Thu, 16 Aug 2012

Today (August 16) it's exactly 35 years since Elvis died (or didn't, depending on your beliefs on the matter) so we thought we'd mark the moment with this – Elvis Presley's own 1956 Harley-Davidson. Elvis is so inextricably linked to Harleys that he's even become subject of an endlessly-circulating internet myth. You know, the one where a guy finds an old Harley for a few bucks, starts to restore it and discovers an 'Elvis' inscription under the seat.
