I have sold hundreds of Sportsters but I've never had one that runs like this one. Although I can't document it I would quess this bike has high compression pistons. It would be hard to imagine a stock bike running this strong. The paint on this machine is a cool combination of Candy Orange and Beer Bottle. It looks great in the sunlight and is free of dings, dents, or scratches. The prior owner installed a high flow breather and a throatty set of Vance & Hines pipes. This bike runs and drives as good as it looks and a fresh service and rear tire where just done. The 1200cc motor has incredible power and the tranny is silkey smooth. This beautiful Sporty needs nothing but a new owner to enjoy the ride. Local buyers just add tax and tag and you can ride out. No additional doc or dealer fees. Louisiana Bill Updates Maximum Handlebar Height Legislation

Louisiana state lawmakers have approved a bill that would change the maximum height of motorcycle handlebars. Current state law restricts handlebar height to no more than 15 inches above the seat, a somewhat arbitrary level, but a common choice with 17 other states. The House has voted 87-0 in favor of Senate Bill 582 to change the maximum height to the rider’s shoulder level, as measured while sitting on the seat.
