2009 Harley-Davidson Sportster 1200 XL, Hello and thank you for considering my 2009 Sportster 1200 XL Custom. She is my first motorcycle, and I am ready to upgrade to a Heritage Softtail. I bought her used two years ago, and she had 32,000 miles on her. I initially was hesitant, probably like you because of the miles, but she had everything i would have needed to purchase such as: Saddle bags, Windshield, Screaming Eagle, Electronic oil gauge/thermometer, Chrome/custom grips, Sissy bar and seat, and LED headlight. I recently replaced battery, and I will include the battery tender. Probably missing a few.things. Please check out the video to hear her. There is another youtube video titled sportsteriphonevideo on my youtube page. She rides good and only reason I am selling her is so I can upgrade to a Heritage Softtail. My wife says I have to sell her before I can get the softtail. Tags and inspection current. I am only asking what I owe. $6,200.00 I removed my phone number due to phoney requests to use paypal. Third Annual ‘The MEET’ at ACM
Tue, 26 Aug 2014More than 2,000 attendees visited America’s Car Museum for its 3rd annual Vintage Motorcycle Festival ‘The MEET’ last weekend in Tacoma, Washington, where over 300 motorcycles and scooters were showcased on the Haub Family Field at LeMay. The event drew pre-1981 motorcycles and scooters from the U.S. and Canada, including an antique motorcycle display, swap meet, cruise-in and a 78-mile roundtrip tour from ACM’s Anderson Plaza to Mt. Rainier.
India Raises Import Duty on Motorcycles to 75%

The news will impact several major manufacturers hoping to gain a stake in the world’s second largest motorcycle market. India has become the hotspot for manufacturers but one of the biggest obstacles they face is the duty India levies on luxury goods.
Harley-Davidson Goes Low for 2015
Tue, 26 Aug 2014Harley-Davidson revealed the new 2015 Electra Glide Ultra Classic Low and Ultra Limited Low, offering what it calls the the lowest seat height of any premium touring motorcycle on the market. Designed with riders 5 feet 7 inches and shorter in mind, the two Low models have a seat height of 25.6 inches from the ground, or 1.7 inches lower than the regular models. The lower seat isn’t the only change to accommodate shorter riders.
