See pictures...They ARE the description!. Need to sell to fix car...Priced to sell. Bike leaks small amount of oil from center cases, but not bad. Please ask questions before bidding. I took great care to make sure all parts were original Harley. This bike just had oil change with gasket replacement. Sold AS IS - NO RETURNS. Marlon Brando Estate Files Suit Against Harley-Davidson
Tue, 17 May 2011Brando Enterprises, an operating entity that protects the Marlon Brando brand on behalf of the actor’s family, has filed a lawsuit against Harley-Davidson. The suit alleges Harley-Davidson used the legendary actor’s name without a license for a leather riding boot called “The Brando”. “It is interesting that Harley-Davidson – a company that is vigorously protective of its own brand – would seek to exploit an iconic property without benefit of a licensing agreement,” says Jeffrey I.
US Motorcycle Thefts Down 6% in 2011
Tue, 09 Oct 2012Americans reported 46,667 motorcycle thefts in 2011, a 6% decrease from 49,791 stolen motorcycles in 2010, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau. Despite the drop in reported thefts, the non-profit organization representing nearly 1100 property and casualty insurance companies says the theft rate still averages out to one motorcycle stolen every 11 minutes in the U.S. The numbers were published in the NICB’s 2011 ForeCAST Report which examined theft reports as well as recoveries.
