Good running clear title 1973 Ironhead sportster XLH. Converted to kick only. This thing rips! Fully serviced at the beginning of the season with full rewire, no rats nest hiding under the seat. Motor is chromed out! Features 21 front and 18 rear wheels, fresh tires, S&S Super E Carb with original breadbox air cleaner, John Penner drag pipes painted high temp white, king and queen seat from the 70's. Has 8" over Forking By Frank forks with a slick dual headlight setup form LowBrow Customs. Motor is tight and fast, has dual plugged heads but is currently setup for single plug use with a brand new Crane ignition, coil and plug wires. New clutches and primary chain. Super sweet 70's twisted peace sign sissy bar. Slick metallic purple flame job over gloss black, paint has some chips and scratches but is overall very nice. Bike has no speedometer.

Harley-Davidson World Ride Tops 10 Million Miles; Eclipses 2012 Total by 28 Percent
Mon, 01 Jul 2013Motorcycle riders from around the world enthusiastically joined members of the Harley Owners Group (HOG) on June 23 and 24 to shatter last year’s record mileage total for the Harley-Davidson World Ride by collectively logging more than 10 million miles, a 28 percent increase over the 2012 total. Launched in 2008 as HOG’s Million Mile Monday, the annual event was expanded into the two-day Harley-Davidson World Ride in 2012 to give more riders worldwide an opportunity to participate. In 2012, participants logged 7,799,140 miles, but this year as riders celebrated the 110th Anniversary of Harley-Davidson Motor Company and the 30th Anniversary of HOG that culminates this Labor Day weekend in Milwaukee, they blitzed that record by more than 25 percent, tallying an official total of 10,018,231 miles.

Tue, 26 Jul 2011If there’s one thing I like more than motorcycles, it’s hot supermodels, such as Victoria’s Secret Angel, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue covergirl and Harley-Davidson spokesmodel Marisa Miller. Miller has appeared in a number of promotional spots for The Motor Company in recent years, most notably for the Harley-Davidson V-Rod Muscle and to support Harley-Davidson’s U.S. Military Appreciation programs (one of Miller’s “American Bombshell” post cards is currently my computer’s desktop wallpaper).
Three-Year-Old Motorcycle Prodigy?
Tue, 18 Aug 2009Even though Tiger woods started paying golf at age two, this story of a three-year-old boy from New Delhi, India is probably just as impressive, maybe more. Azeem Khan, photographed on the Royal Enfield Bullet above, has been granted a special license by judges in India allowing him to ride his motorcycle on side roads but is not allowed out on the main roads by himself. Khan’s father had to customize the bike so that the young boy could reach the controls and prove that he could handle the motorcycle on his own. I used to sit him on my bike and he would always grab at the controls.
