The 96 cubic engine has plenty of power to move you comfortably down the road, and the 6 speed transmission will keep you running at low chugging rpm's to help with the great fuel mileage. With only 7450 miles, you know this bike will give you riding fun for years to come. The 2 into 1 Vance and Hines exhaust sounds perfect, with a nice rumble that lets people around know that you are there. This bike has been thoroughly checked out in our shop and given a clean bill of health. The paint is all good and appears to have never had any damage. Rides and drives beautifully! The two companies are among the top 100 brands in the world, as ranked by brand consultancy firm Interbrand. Apple is #2 on Interbrand’s rankings for top brands of 2012 with a brand value of $76.57 billion, while Harley-Davidson is ranked 96th overall with a value of $3.86 billion.
A (Not So) Silent Night from Harley-Davidson – Video
Tue, 17 Dec 2013It’s probably not conducive for sleeping in heavenly peace, but Harley-Davidson has released a Christmas-themed ad with the song “Silent Night” performed by the revving V-Twin engine of a Softail Breakout. Titled “The Sound of the Festive Season”, the ad spot was produced by U.K agency Big Communications for Harley-Davidson Europe Middle East and Africa. According to AdWeek, the ad was conceived, sold and produced in just 72 hours.
2013-2014 Harley-Davidson Breakout Recalled for Faulty Fuel Indicators
Thu, 17 Apr 2014Harley-Davidson is recalling 2013-2014 Breakout models, including CVO versions, because the fuel level indication system may not be properly reading the correct amounts of fuel. As of this publishing, recalls have been announced by government agencies in Australia and Canada; the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has not yet posted a recall but U.S.-based members of the Harley-DavidsonForums.com report American dealerships have already started receiving recall bulletins. According to a recall announcement by Transport Canada, some Breakout and CVO Breakout models may run out of fuel despite the fuel and range indicators indicating there is still enough fuel in the tank.
