It has the 96 VOLT twin and a 6 gear transmission. Scarlet Red with lots of extras on the bike which includes Chrome Engine Guard, Highway Pegs, Screaming Eagle Exhaust, Chrome Front Fork, Chrome Luggage Rack and Gas Cap. Rear tire is new and all maintenance has been done by a Harley Dealer. The bike is free of any blemishes and runs like new. Always garage kept.I have taken many quality pics for your viewing. 2011 AMA Pro Vance & Hines XR1200 Champion Chris Fillmore
Tue, 06 Sep 2011Chris Fillmore of Oxford, Mich., has won the 2011 AMA Pro Vance & Hines XR1200 Championship. Fillmore ended the season on a victorious note, winning the 2011 AMA Pro Road Racing season finale at New Jersey Motorsports Park. The Bruce Rossmeyer/Geico racer finished the season with five wins and eight podium appearances in nine races in the Harley-Davidson XR1200 spec racing series.
Want to Buy the Pope’s Harley?
Mon, 13 Jan 2014In February, Bohnams auction house in Paris will allow both the Catholic and the Harley faithful to bid on a Harley-Davidson Dyna Super Glide owned by none other than Pope Francis, himself. Given to the Pope last year as part of the Harley-Davidson 110th anniversary celebration, the bike was unlikely to become the Popecycle because of the security required to protect the pontiff. The Pope donated the Dyna to the Roman Catholic charity Caritas Roma but not before signing the tank with “Francesco” at a special ceremony at the Vatican last November.
