Harley-Davidson Softail description

BACK ON THE MARKET--Bogis Buyer before--THEY could not comply with my payment terms.

Here it is a well maintained 06 CVO screamin Eagle 2- oil changed on reg basis,(every 3 miles-Amsoil 20-50 full syn) I have the orig 2 up seat & the solo seat for this bike, along with Leather work saddle bags with easy brackets (with key to remove from bike like a suit case) plus removable back rest & windshield with extra fog lights on front of bike.. This bike  also has a blue light show on it, with 2 remotes- Lights have 5 diff settings. This bike has vance & Hines downward thurst exhaust, on it--there is a small scratch on the exhaust (have no idea how it got there) Battery was new about 8 months ago---This bike has always been garaged. It runs perfect--I would rate this bike on a 1-10 scale a 9.5 Call Mike for any questions at 503-936-0565 --I have title on hand- Buyer to set up their own pickup/shipping. Have to give up riding due to health issues with feet.

This bike has been making about 38 mpg- has awesome power with a super ride.  Has factory alarm system.  I am pricing this to sell - but will not be beat up on price.  I will gladly send someone that is interested alot more pics- Just ask.-----I Reserve the right to with draw this add at anytime-As This bike is advertised locally as well as other places.

I have compaired this bike to different CVO,s on ebay-craigslists-and other places to advertise. Some of the other Bikes have more miles on them-some have less. But what I have noticed is few of the others have the different options I am selling with this bike (extra seat- back rest- lights ect) for the same money.

Payment Method---->>>>>>>CASH-  or certified check-- if certified check- I will hold bike & title until check clears. Or you can wire transfer funds to my bank.--Must be paid in full within 3 days of Auction. Buyer to arrange your own pickup & shipping ( if needed)

Best of luck on your bidding

Tsunami-Tossed Harley-Davidson from Japan Washes Up in Canada

Mon, 30 Apr 2012

A shipping container holding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle with Japanese plates was discovered on a beach in British Columbia, Canada. The container, which appears to be the cargo area of a box truck, is believed to be one of the first notable pieces of debris set adrift by the 2011 Japanese tsunami to land in North America. Beachcomber Peter Mark discovered the containerwhile riding his ATV along an isolated beach on Graham Island, an island south of the Alaskan Panhandle.

Motorcycles at the 2009 Frankfurt Auto Show

Mon, 28 Sep 2009

Two weeks ago, I took a break from my regular duties gathering news for Motorcycle.com to fly to Germany to cover the 2009 Frankfurt Auto Show for our sister site AutoGuide.com. For two hectic days, AutoGuide editor Colum Wood and I scrambled across the massive 6.2 million square foot Messe Frankfurt trade fair compound, running from press conference to press conference to get the latest on exotic sport cars, futuristic concept models and international unveilings from the automotive world. It was heaven for car lovers, but for me, it meant fighting my way through hordes of photogs, auto-journalists and car show models to get the first photos of four-wheeled goodies from MINI, Ferrari and Lotus.
