Harley-Davidson Softail description

I am selling my '05 Fat Boy. It has a special paint set #4/200. The flames are STAMPED into the metal work, Gas tank, front and rear fenders and fork tubes. I have never seen another Harley like it. This bike is clean and beautiful. It has a Fuel injected Twin Cam 88 and 5 speed trans.  Aside from the Harley Davidson paint set, it also has (all HD parts) large headlight and nacelle, polished aluminum skull and flame wheels, rear sprocket, and chrome swing arm. Quick detach windshield recently installed. Also has Screamin Eagle slash cut pipes and Stage 2 tune.  This bike runs great and has plenty of power.  Over $35,000 invested in this awesome machine.  Must be paid in Full. No test rides unless cash in hand. Buyer responsible for shipping.

Tue, 04 Mar 2014

The American Motorcyclist Association has bestowed a special recognition award to Zero Motorcycles and its Vice President of Marketing, Hall-of-Famer Scot Harden, for their work in attracting new riders and the positive impact they’ve delivered to mainstream media. Harden (pictured above from our recent Zero FX dirt riding review) and Zero were awarded the AMA Bessie Stringfield Award which recognizes individuals who have been instrumental in bringing emerging markets to motorcycling. The award is named after 2002 AMA Hall of Fame inductee Bessie Stringfield, the first African-American woman to ride solo across the United States and a civilian motorcycle dispatch rider for the army in World War II.

Thu, 21 Jul 2011

Harley-Davidson has revealed a new member to its Dyna family featuring quick change convertibility from touring to cruiser mode. As we expected, the new Harley-Davidson Dyna Switchback features hard saddlebags and fork-mounted windshield that can be removed quickly and without tools, allowing it to change from a touring motorcycle to a cruiser, and back again. The Dyna Switchback uses Harley-Davidson’s Twin Cam 103 engine, 2-into-1 chrome exhaust, and five-spoke cast aluminum wheels with full fenders.
