This is a 1994 70k mile bike that runs and shifts good and is repairable or can be used for parts.whats shown is whats being sold. the missing parts weredamaged beyond repair and have been discarded.
The bike comes with court order paperwork obtained from the auction it was purchased from. Which means there is no title only bill of sale and copy of court order paperwork. Winning buyer can opt to pay an additional 650.00 and I can process the court order paperwork and obtain a clean georgia title in my name. The 650.00 charge is covering the mandatory title tax and title processing fees to be able to obtain a clean title. This bike has not been registered as salvage and the state of georgia has guaranteed that once the court order paperwork is processed, it will generate a clean title, not salvage and not rebuilt.
