New to the CVO family for 2014, the limited-availability Harley-Davidson CVO Softail Deluxe FLSTNSE model is a premium-quality hardtail motorcycle cruiser that offers top-of-the-line features and detailing. Everything on the FLSTNSE CVO Deluxe is taken a little further for ultimate comfort, finishes, and performance. The CVO Softail Deluxe FLSTNSE model is powered by the Harley-Davidson company’s most massive engine: the big V-Twin Cam 110 engine with Screamin Eagle badges. Individually crafted and hand-finished, high-impact paint and graphics come standard on the custom CVO Softail Deluxe. The Harley fenders on the CVO Softail Deluxe model are true retro style with their long lines and chrome Harley fender tips. And each fender says Deluxe so everyone will know how you roll. The Harley CVO Deluxe model has a wide front end fork and gorgeous 7-inch ball motorcycle headlamp. Whitewall tires give this motorcycle cruiser a 1950s boulevard retro motorcycle look. The H-D CVO Deluxe model features a powerful air-cooled Twin Cam 110 Harley engine with 6-speed Cruise Drive transmission, providing more performance power for passing, hill-climbing, and riding with passenger and luggage. Ride in premium comfort and style with the FLSTNSE model’s classic two-up seat—at a lowdown 24.5 inches, its among the lowest seat heights youll find, with collapsing sides that create a narrow seat profile, and a detachable passenger seat pillion. Plus, weve added some ergonomics to make riding solo or duo even easier. Learn more about all of the features of the new 2014 CVO Harley Softail Deluxe model. Harley-Davidson Reveals Project Livewire
Thu, 19 Jun 2014Yesterday we published a scoop on what we believed to be a production electric motorcycle by, of all companies, Harley-Davidson, dubbed “Livewire.” Today, H-D officially announced Project LiveWire as the company’s first electric motorcycle. However, it appears as though our speculation about LiveWire going into production was a bit off base. Instead, The Motor Company is continuing with its customer-led product development approach and letting riders decide whether or not LiveWire sees the light of day. Starting next week select consumers across the country will be able to ride and provide feedback on the bike, helping to shape the future of Harley-Davidson’s first-ever electric motorcycle. While not for sale, Project LiveWire is specifically designed for the purpose of getting insight into rider expectations of an electric Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
