2014 Harley-Davidson FLS Softail Slim, FLS Softail Slim - The perfect blend of classic, raw bobber style and contemporary power creates a modern ride with unmistakable old-iron attitude. The 2014 Softail Slim FLS model blends raw, minimalistic 1940s bobber styling with up-to-date old school minimalism. Harley-Davidson Museum’s Custom Bike Show Weekend on Labor Day
Fri, 08 Aug 2014Labor Day weekend 2014, the place for Harley-Davidson fans to be is at the Harley-Davidson Museum. Starting Thursday, August 28 at 5:00 PM, the biggest bike night of the riding season kicks off the event-filled weekend. The holiday gathering will also include two custom bike shows, a women’s ride, displays of the 2015 Harley-Davidson Models, and the last chance to see the H-D Museum’s summer show entitled The American Road.
Donation of Photos and Memorabilia to Harley-Davidson Museum Reveal Glimpse of Early Days at Harley
Thu, 22 Mar 2012Harley-Davidson Museum today posted on its Facebook page a selection of photos it received as part of collection of images and memorabilia donated by a former Harley employee. According to the Facebook post former H-D employee Bob Jameson donated “ two scrapbooks, numerous photographs, news clippings and other company related materials” for the museum’s collection. Jameson, following in his father’s footsteps, worked for The Motor Company, and in 1960 helped develop a motorcycle suited for use in the Vietnam war.
