In the week since Harley-Davidson announced Project LiveWire, the Motor Company has posted several open positions on its online job board calling for applicants with a background in electric vehicles and electromechanical engineering. Louisiana Bill Updates Maximum Handlebar Height Legislation
Thu, 17 May 2012Louisiana state lawmakers have approved a bill that would change the maximum height of motorcycle handlebars. Current state law restricts handlebar height to no more than 15 inches above the seat, a somewhat arbitrary level, but a common choice with 17 other states. The House has voted 87-0 in favor of Senate Bill 582 to change the maximum height to the rider’s shoulder level, as measured while sitting on the seat.
What am I gonna do with a gun rack?
Wed, 27 Jul 2011Living in Shoreditch I come across a unique variety of motorcycles on the road; from XS650s, to classic Lambrettas and one completely brown jelly-mould CBR600. My favourite of the regular bikes I see is this Harley-Davidson badged Armstrong MT500. In my head I like to think that the owner operates as an urban vigilante, realistically whoever rides this ex-Army bike is probably an artist and instead of a weapon in the gun holder it's probably art equipment.
