Harley-Davidson Other description

2013 Harley-Davidson FLSTFB - Fat Boy Lo, The dark side of the Fat Boys life. The 2013 Harley-Davidson Fat Boy Lo is a less chrome more bruiser counterpart. Tons of attitude around this bike and with the Big 103, let everyone know your coming. Low seat height gives it that timeless look and easier to ride for us vertically challenged riders.Fat, dark and strong, this down-and-dirty version of the custom icon is the big dog on the road. Recalling the hardtail choppers of the '60s and '70s, the Fat Boy Lo model keeps that heritage alive more than forty years later. It shows a darker side of the original fat custom bike laid-back and blacked-out with an unmistakable profile on the road. But the nostalgic style isn't just about the confident stance, paint and old-school detail. It's how you look riding it. It's how it feels. It's the classic, relaxed riding position that speaks volumes. You're not just cruising. You're in charge kicked back on a throne of machined metal surveying your domain.

Fri, 07 Dec 2012

As motorcyclists, we’re drawn to the freedom two wheels represent; just man, machine and the open road. The feeling rings true today as it did 72 years ago, when Wallace Van Sandt, of Birmingham, Alabama, took delivery of his 1941 Harley-Davidson WLD Special Sport Solo, purchased new in 1940 for $365 (roughly $5800 in today’s money) by his father as a high school graduation gift. The WLD Special Sport Solo was a ringer in its day.

Tue, 12 Jul 2011

Zero Motorcycles announced a new network of eight dealerships as the electric motorcycle company begins the transition from an online-based sales model to a traditional showroom sales model. Until now, Zero conducts its sales over the Internet with the help of a system of Independent Representatives around the country who use a handful of demo models instead of actual inventory to showcase the brand. As both demand and production have increased, Zero is ready to adopt a new dealer-based model.
