1997 Harley-Davidson Wide Glide , For sale is a 1997 Harley Davidson FXDWG. I am the second owner of the bike and have had it since 2002. It has 8,400 miles on it. This gorgeous Harley has had the best of care and dealer maintained since new. It is a totally custom bike! Everything has been chromed or polished! Over $45,000 has been invested in this heart pounding sensational riding custom cruiser (I have the receipts to prove it). I have the original sales receipt and brochure from 1997. I have all of the receipts from every service done as well as all of the custom parts put on. The totally custom paint on this cruiser came from a Morales Paint and body shop out of Tyler Texas, that cost in excess of $6,000. Easy Rider 40th Anniversary
Tue, 27 Oct 2009Peter Fonda, who played Wyatt in the 1969 cult classic, Easy Rider, was in Glendale, CA on Friday to help promote the Blu-Ray release of the film which marks the 40th anniversary. The movie was scheduled to be shown at the Love Ride event that was canceled this year, instead the film screened at a local Harley-Davidson dealer. One of the film’s main objective was to expose violence and racism in the U.S. in a negative light but instead it seems that it was taken the wrong way with most, glorifying the lifestyle that was portrayed in the film.

2011 AMA Pro Vance & Hines XR1200 Champion Chris Fillmore
Tue, 06 Sep 2011Chris Fillmore of Oxford, Mich., has won the 2011 AMA Pro Vance & Hines XR1200 Championship. Fillmore ended the season on a victorious note, winning the 2011 AMA Pro Road Racing season finale at New Jersey Motorsports Park. The Bruce Rossmeyer/Geico racer finished the season with five wins and eight podium appearances in nine races in the Harley-Davidson XR1200 spec racing series.
