Saddle up on the new Fat Bob and watch the world quickly take its place over the flat internally-wired handlebar on black risers. Stand alongside and your eyes go right to the tommy-gun exhaust shield on the custom pipes. Like every bike in the family, the design centers on the power and glory of a vibration-isolated Twin Cam 96 engine. It’s finished in black, with polished covers. The air cleaner cover is new, unique to the Dyna family. Choose from mid-mount or forward controls. Even the rubber takes its own path. After years of experimenting with different bikes and setups, including using the Russian made Ural (he once owned a Ural dealership), Gibson, finally settled on the Honda 750 Shadow and the Harley-Davidson 883 Sportster. The Cool Cycles Ice Cream Company is open for business, the headquarters are located in Tacoma, WA where they will start selling franchises within a 100 mile radius, the Los Angeles area will be next and Las Vegas to follow.
Mustang Announces Metal Flake Seat Colors and Display for Sturgis
Wed, 16 Jul 2014Just in time for Sturgis, Mustang Seats has release new color options for its custom seats. Designed to match the retro colors on Harley-Davidson’s Hard Candy Custom collection, the vinyl seats have metal flake in six available colors available on Mustang’s Tripper Solo, Tripper Fastback and DayTripper seats. According to Mustang, after the starting its custom seat program last fall, so many customers requested a metal flake option that they had to provide it.
