For starters, your eyes will immediately lock in on the silver powder-coated engine with chrome detailing. The proven Twin Cam 88 powertrain, available in traditional carb or sophisticated EFI, is always ready for as many miles as you care to throw at it. We rubber-mounted it to the frame for a ride that’s as smooth as the looks. The stretched tank gets a color-coordinated console with performance-style fuel filler cap. And the flat handlebar and staggered shorty dual exhaust pipes look ready to take this clean, custom show on the road. Forbes Expects Harley-Davidson to Announce Gains for Q3 2011
Mon, 17 Oct 2011In anticipation of Harley-Davidson announcing its third-quarter performance in 2011 Forbes.com expects Harley will reveal its third straight quarter of sales growth. The article says that financial analysts expect “earnings of $0.76 per share, up 47.4% from the same quarter of last year.” Additionally, an 18.8% gain in revenues is expected. Interestingly, the article refers to Harley’s motorcycles as “luxury items,” and as such sees Harley’s increased sales and profit as a possible harbinger of an improving U.S.

Fri, 24 Jan 2014Las Vegas Harley-Davidson broke ground yesterday on a full-line Harley-Davidson dealership on the famed Las Vegas Strip. A custom Nevada Sesquicentennial-themed motorcycle celebrating the state’s 150th anniversary was revealed as part of the event, along with details on how one lucky rider will win it at the store’s grand opening. Harley-Davidson owners from around the city flocked to the site as Las Vegas Harley-Davidson President Don Andress and Vice President Timothy Cashman discussed the new location and, along with Governor of Nevada Brian Sandoval, unveiled a custom Nevada Sesquicentennial-themed motorcycle.
