Harley-Davidson Museum’s Custom Bike Show Weekend on Labor Day

Labor Day weekend 2014, the place for Harley-Davidson fans to be is at the Harley-Davidson Museum. Starting Thursday, August 28 at 5:00 PM, the biggest bike night of the riding season kicks off the event-filled weekend. The holiday gathering will also include two custom bike shows, a women’s ride, displays of the 2015 Harley-Davidson Models, and the last chance to see the H-D Museum’s summer show entitled The American Road.

2014 Daytona Bike Week Activities

Shake off the winter doldrums at Daytona Bike Week, one of America’s biggest motorcycling events, running March 7-16. The 73rd running of the Daytona 200 is a big draw, but it’s just one of the events being held through the week. Harley-Davidson Reveals “Twin-Cooled” Engine with Precision Liquid Cooling

As we gleaned from recently revealed CARB documents, Harley-Davidson has introduced two new liquid cooled engines. The new engines use a combination of air-cooling and precision liquid cooling, similar to what BMW did with its 2013 R1200GS. One version of the engine, dubbed the Twin-Cooled High Output Twin Cam 103 will be used on the 2014 Harley-Davidson Ultra Limited and the Tri-Glide Ultra trike while the CVO Limited will use a 110ci engine known as the Screamin’ Eagle Twin-Cooled Twin Cam 110.
