Hi, I have for sale my 1999 Harley Davidson custom Lowrider. It has chrome everywhere except for the rubber on the tires and of course the gas tank and fenders and seat. . The bike comes with both the seats you see in the pictures. The red one and the old style spring seat and the locking saddlebags. The bike also has Reinhart pipes you can hear the bike coming at least 2 miles before you see it. It also has chrome oil lines and diamond cut headers. This bike has won 3 trophies in best of show. The bike only has 8200 miles on it. The bike is female owned and always garage kept. The reason for selling is I just had back surgery and will no longer be able to ride a motorcycle. Please ask questions before bidding. All sales are final. The buyer will be responsible for all tags, taxes and transfer of the title. Also the buyer will be responsible for the pickup of the bike. Fri, 21 May 2010Harley-Davidson opened its first dealer in China in 2005, they now have four dealers operating nationwide (Shanghai, Beijing, Qingdao and Hong Kong). Harley reported that sales had doubled in China last year and plans to open four new dealerships this year (Wenzhou, Xiamen, Dalian and Chengdu). According to Rodney Copes, Harley’s Vice President of international sales, China is the fastest growing market for the American motorcycle manufacture.
MSF Begins Year-long Real World Motorcycle Safety Study

Fri, 09 Mar 2012The Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines racing team unveiled its restyled V-Rod drag motorcycles ahead of the first Pro Stock Motorcycle round of the 2012 NHRA Full Drag Racing series. Reigning champion Ed Krawiec and Andrew Hines will compete for the Harley-Davidson team on new V-Rod drag bikes, restyled to more closely resembled the Night Rod Special production model. This marks the first restyling of Harley-Davidson’s NHRA competition bikes since the V-Rod entered the competition in 2002, and comes as The Motor Company celebrates the V-Rod’s 10th anniversary.“The goal was to make the drag racing motorcycles look more like the current production Night Rod Special motorcycle,” says Kris Schoonover, Harley-Davidson racing manager.
