THIS IS A VERY COOL CUSTOM TRIKE. IT IS A 1964 HARLEY DAVIDSON SERVI-CAR. IT HAS A NICE SPRINGER FRONT END, A 45" FLAT HEAD WITH A 3 SPEED TRANS AND REVERSE. THIS IS A REAL HEAD TURNER. IT HAS VERY LOW MILES ON IT SINCE THE BUILD. IT HAD A NEW SPEEDO PUT ON IT SO EXACT MILES ARE UNKNOWN. I AM SELLING THIS FOR MY FRIEND, HE IS A DEALER SO YOU WILL GET A CLEAN TITLE WITH A DEALER TRANSFER. IT HAS HAD A DMV REISSUE TITLE DONE WHEN IT WAS LAST BUILT. SO THE VIN NO LONGER STARTS HD. New Harley-Davidson Book Ties Together The Company’s Past
Thu, 08 May 2014Margie Siegal, former columnist for IronWorks Magazine and motorcycle enthusiast has written a book on the history of the world’s most famous motorcycle, Harley-Davidson. Entitled, Harley-Davidson: A History of the World’s Most Famous Motorcycle, the book ties together the mechanical evolution of the Harley engines, the social history of Harley and the beautiful visuals associated with Harleys in design, advertising, artful photography and collectibles. Harley-Davidson are words that evoke the open American road and the “Made in America” tradition like no others.
Dave Grohl Drums to the Sound of a Harley-Davidson Motorcycle
Fri, 31 Jul 2009I’ve got a lot of respect for Dave Grohl. He’s amazingly talented and very driven. Even after Nirvana, the guy is still kicking and in the spotlight with the Foo Fighters and the millions of other side projects he’s done (ie: Queens of the Stone Age). Apparently he’s also a big motorcycle guy. Harley-Davidson did a little video on Dave, featuring him drumming on a snare drum to the exhaust pipes of a Harley-Davidson. The seven minute video goes on about how Mr Grohl bought his first motorcycle when the Nirvana album “Nevermind” started to become big.
Keanu Reeves Starts Arch Motorcycle Company – Production to Begin in 2013
Fri, 05 Oct 2012Actor Keanu Reeves is getting into the motorcycle business, starting up the Arch Motorcycle Company with Gard Hollinger of L.A. County Choprods. The new company will build motorcycles based on the KR GT-1 prototype pictured above, with production set to begin in 2013.
