This is a 1 year old ground up build the bike has an hour meter and there are 60 hrs on the bike. The engine is an s&s 117" twin cam the crank is screamin eagle that was plugged and welded by dark horse. The heads where done by JET with 2" intake valves. Headquarters cams se cam support plate se hi flow pump crane lifters se pro taper adj pushrods and se roller rocker, Vulcan manual compression releases joe hunt magneto 2.4kw starter primo rivera primary chain drive with pro clutch. Delkron tranny case and primary 6 speed over drive tranny. Forks have racetech springs steering stabilizer and fork brace. Engine mounts are by glide pro with stainless pivot shaft. Progressive rear shocks new 530 drive chain. West coast mx t bars, extended fairing, se digital tach with programmable shift light. Avon venom x tires brembo front brake pm rear even has a chrome skid plate. This is an awesome bike now there is a dent on the gas tank and the bike is titled as an 84 harley recon. 2012 Harley-Davidson Dyna Switchback Revealed
Thu, 21 Jul 2011Harley-Davidson has revealed a new member to its Dyna family featuring quick change convertibility from touring to cruiser mode. As we expected, the new Harley-Davidson Dyna Switchback features hard saddlebags and fork-mounted windshield that can be removed quickly and without tools, allowing it to change from a touring motorcycle to a cruiser, and back again. The Dyna Switchback uses Harley-Davidson’s Twin Cam 103 engine, 2-into-1 chrome exhaust, and five-spoke cast aluminum wheels with full fenders.
Donation of Photos and Memorabilia to Harley-Davidson Museum Reveal Glimpse of Early Days at Harley
Thu, 22 Mar 2012Harley-Davidson Museum today posted on its Facebook page a selection of photos it received as part of collection of images and memorabilia donated by a former Harley employee. According to the Facebook post former H-D employee Bob Jameson donated “ two scrapbooks, numerous photographs, news clippings and other company related materials” for the museum’s collection. Jameson, following in his father’s footsteps, worked for The Motor Company, and in 1960 helped develop a motorcycle suited for use in the Vietnam war.
