I am selling this bike to settle my Brother's estate. He had sold the bike to a friend on a payment plan. Payments were not received and I got the bike back upon my Brother's passing. The person who had the bike road it year round and did not properly care for it cosmetically hence the scratch on the tank, pitting, etc. The bike was however well cared for mechanically. I had it gone over by my mechanic including oil change and believe it is in very good mechanical condition. I put a new battery in earlier this year. This was be a great bike for customizing as this model is known for having the big frame. Many of these bikes have been converted to choppers due to the large frame. Included with the bike are saddlebags, sissy bar bag and windshield bag. The quick detach windshield is also included but will likely the windshield replaced. We’re not sure whether the motorcycle or the statue is supposed to be the bigger prize here, to be honest. Obviously, we’d rather have an actual road-worthy Harley-Davidson Electra Glide with a custom “champagne pink” paint job.

Tue, 24 Jan 2012Harley-Davidson reported a 10.9% growth in motorcycle sales in the fourth quarter and a total annual growth of 5.9% for 2011. The growth resulted in a net profit of $599.1 million for Harley-Davidson. The Motor Company sold 235,188 motorcycles in 2011, up from 222,110 units sold in 2010.
