Harley-Davidson Dyna description

2013 FXDB Screaming Eagle Street Bob Dyna. Gloss Black. Vance and Hines black short shots. Custom larger rear detachable seat with sissy bar/backrest.  I welded longer rods into the backrest and added a swing-out ledge (borrowed from a defunct wheelchair!) to carry a tour pack. Removable batwing faring with Rockford Fosgate amp and speakers with phone input.  On short trips I removed the faring and adjust the mini-apes forward to give it a tougher look (shown in photos).  I also take off the passenger seat if it’s just me with the nice luggage rack underneath.  Raving Psycho fully adjustable phone holder with USB charging input.  Leather three pocket zippered storage. Lower Progressive black shocks. 6 speed.

Not your average Street Bob. Many extras.  I bought this bike as the second owner from Bruce Rossmeyer’s place in Ormond Beach, FL.  The previous owner added all the extras.  He put 13K on it then upgraded to a full tourer.  I’ve put the next 8K on it.  KBB is $10,900 without the extras.  With the Screaming Eagle package, amp, batwing faring, speakers, phone holder with charger, Progressive shocks,  and Vance & Hines pipes you’re getting nearly $5k in extras for the same price.  This bike looks and sounds fantastic.  No dents or scratches at all.

This is a loud, aggressive, great looking bike. Turns heads everywhere. Can look a bit like a bobber or a touring bike. Stereo is loud and clear. 21,000 miles, but all oils and maintenance done on spec. It's perfect.  This bike has never been dumped and is perfect in every way- except that it’s going to need a rear tire soon.  It’s been garage kept at all times and has rarely seen rain.

Stuck for a gift? Solution No2: Harley-Davidson merchandise

Fri, 09 Dec 2011

Next year marks a strange anniversary for Harley-Davidson; 100 years of the firm's merchandising operation. Yes, just nine years after getting in on the motorcycle game H-D realised that the real cash was to be found in selling accessories rather than just bikes. And they're masters of the art.
