2012 Harley-Davidson Dyna Street Bob FXDB, This 2012 Harley-Davidson Dyna Street Bob is about as new a bike as we have in our Used Motorcycle Dept without actually being new. It has all of 424 miles on it, some of which I put on. The windshield has a locking feature to help keep this windshield from disappearing. This is the first windshield with a locking device I have seen and it works! This FXDB is painted Ember Red Sunglo which contrasts nicely with its blacked out running gear. Its previous owner also put on a set of highway pegs. For those interested, this is a Dyna to be seen in person. Check out the black wheel rims, the staggered exhausts and the 60's period tail light. Harley does however really seem to reinforce the stereotype of a typical Harley rider, I’m not sure if I am cool enough but the new Sportster Forty-Eight looks great! California Dealer to Produce Limited Edition Sons of Anarchy Harley-Davidson
Wed, 13 Jun 2012Bartels’ Harley-Davidson, a dealership in Marina Del Rey, Calif., has signed a licensing deal to produce a run of limited edition Harley-Davidson motorcycles inspired by the FX drama “Sons of Anarchy“. According to a report by The Hollywood Reporter, Bartels will produce 100 units, each priced at about $25,000. The Sons of Anarchy Harley-Davidson models will go on sale in August when they are revealed at the Sturgis rally in South Dakota.
Knievel bikes to go on show in Britain
Mon, 15 Nov 2010THE MOTORCYCLES, leathers and personal memorabilia made famous by US stunt legend Evel Knievel are being exhibited on a world tour, with a UK date on the schedule. The True Evel tour will be at the Battistinis California Dreamin' Expo, 28th-29th May 2011 in Bournemouth, UK. Show-goers will get the chance to see Knievel's famous Harley-Davidson which crashed in a jump over a tank of sharks, the X-2 Sky Cycle from the ill-fated Snake River Canyon jump, the Wheelie Dragster Car, and of course the instantly recognisable blue and white leather suits.
