Harley-Davidson Dyna description

2008 Harley Davidson FXDSE2 Dyna Lowrider Screamin' Eagle with only 2,370 MIles

If you've come this far, you probably know what you're looking at so I'll go light on the details assuming you came here looking for this very special bike or that you know how to use Google. Suffice to say that the 2008 FXDSE2 is a very special machine from the fine folks at CVO and was limited to only 609 examples produced in this color each with an MSRP of $24,995.

This particular bike is as good as it gets. I've owned it for several years but just haven't had the time to ride like I used to and I'm almost ashamed to admit that the bike has only 2,370 miles on it since new. The bike is unmodified, has been regularly serviced, has never been laid down or tipped over, has always been stored inside, runs perfectly, and is in absolutely pristine condition as you'd expect from an ultra low mileage motorcycle. The only flaw of note, and I mean the only flaw, is a tiny paint chip on the tank that is roughly the size of a grain of rice and has been professionally touched up. Other than that, this beautiful motorcycle is virtually indistinguishable from a brand new bike.

In preparation for its sale, I took the motorcycle to Central Texas Harley Davidson in Austin, TX where they performed a full service and installed a new battery. They also found a small nail in the front tire and, rather than have it repaired, I had a brand new tire installed.

I've taken the time to provide multiple close-up photos of this stunning motorcycle from every angle. Please examine them carefully and I think you'll agree that this is the finest FXDSE2 for sale anywhere.

For me, finding the right home for this Harley is as important as getting the best price. If you have any questions, or would like to discuss this bike in more detail, please feel free to contact me. In-person inspections are welcomed and encouraged but please do so before clicking “Buy It Now”, making an offer, or committing to a purchase.

I have a clear and correct Texas title for this motorcycle in my possession. Transportation and delivery is the responsibility of the purchaser. I'll happily assist in any way I can. I'll accept payment by wire transfer, cash or certified cashier’s check. A $500 non-refundable deposit is due upon agreeing to purchase with the balance due within 3 business days.

Motorcycle Buying Tips For Women

Fri, 17 May 2013

Over the past few years, especially since the height of the economic crisis, more and more women have turned to motorcycling both as a way to save on fuel costs, but also to experience the joys of the open road. In an article recently published by Consumer Reports, some tips are provided for women looking to enter the sport for the first time. The first bit of advice is to “Sit on a lot of different bikes first,” says Angela Annamalai of Shelby’s Powersports in Bronx, New York.

The Milwaukee-based company has unveiled its new V-twin

Fri, 03 Jan 2020

The Milwaukee-based company has unveiled its new V-twin, a 131-inch 'crate engine' designed for post-2017 Touring models. Harley-Davidson has not yet had large engines in terms of capacity and power. This behemoth, which looks like a work of modern technoart, is called the Screamin' Eagle Milwaukee-Eight 131.
