Harley-Davidson CVO Street Glide description

Garage kept since purchased in 2009 Harley Street Glide
Best Offer, but will not respond to lowball offers. Title in hand ready to sell.

Low miles, just over 13K, with tons of extras, ready to ride, nothing needed.
Custom colors for 2009 this bike is black ice/blue ice. New Michelin Commander II front and rear tires less than 300 miles on them. Has HD security and also LoJack (stolen vehicle tracking device) as well as a Sony Media stereo, 6.5" speakers with custom windshield that protect the sound (even while riding at high speed you don't get the bobble/wind muffling of the music). Stereo is way better than the HD, better sound and way better station reception as well as Pandora, bluetooth, XM ready, MP3 and more. Custom LED gauges backlit with blue (main color) with white to light the needles.
This bike has a full stage II upgrade with Vance and Hines Fuel Pack, big sucker air cleaner and true dual exhaust (gives this bike a needed boost in power). Outfitted with LED lights for better visibility (for the other drivers), Daymaker LED headlight and fog lights (just added but not shown), LED tail/fender lights including addition of lower LED integrated brake and turn signal (I'm all about being seen). Oil cooler, engine fan and leather heat shields for cooler riding. This bike also comes with a full side HD sundowner 2 up seat with HD drivers backrest as well as a HD signature solo seat with luggage rack. 4 point docking hardware installed for riders backrest or rear luggage rack (not included/didn't have one). Chromed wheels and disc brakes. HD saddlebag insert bags, and 3 pouch windshield bag. Foot board extender moved them out 1" away from the bike and additional front foot rests.
New brake pads installed less than 1000 miles, 10K service all fluids (trans/oil/chaincase lubricant) mobile one synthetic and redline products used. I'm sure I'm missing something on the extras.
Only flaws, small scuff on rear fender and small chip in take that was glued back in place. This is a fantastic bike and as much as love it a car accident 2 years ago has made it very hard for me to ride for any length of time (neck and knee injuries).
Oh and I also have a heavy breathable waterproof cover.

Something for the weekend, Sir?

THIS IS THE 2011 Harley-Davidson special edition Ford F-150 pickup truck. The 6.2-litre V8 features 22-inch forged wheels, lowered suspension over the standard model and a decent smattering of Harley-Davidson logos. "The new 2011 Ford Harley-Davidson F-150 perfectly blends the flexibility and capability of F-Series trucks with the free spirit of Harley-Davidson motorcycles," said Eric Kuehn, chief engineer.

Harley-Davidson World Ride Tops 10 Million Miles; Eclipses 2012 Total by 28 Percent

Mon, 01 Jul 2013

Motorcycle riders from around the world enthusiastically joined members of the Harley Owners Group (HOG) on June 23 and 24 to shatter last year’s record mileage total for the Harley-Davidson World Ride by collectively logging more than 10 million miles, a 28 percent increase over the 2012 total. Launched in 2008 as HOG’s Million Mile Monday, the annual event was expanded into the two-day Harley-Davidson World Ride in 2012 to give more riders worldwide an opportunity to participate. In 2012, participants logged 7,799,140 miles, but this year as riders celebrated the 110th Anniversary of Harley-Davidson Motor Company and the 30th Anniversary of HOG that culminates this Labor Day weekend in Milwaukee, they blitzed that record by more than 25 percent, tallying an official total of 10,018,231 miles.

Barbie and Ken get biker makeover

Mon, 15 Feb 2010

IF YOU'VE a young daughter and you want to keep her away from motorcycles when she's older (or more likely the men that ride them) then look away now.Yes folks, Barbie and Ken are getting serious makeover to keep them up-to-date for 2010 - the new Harley-Davidson endorsed couple now come complete with biker gear, tattoos and even piercings (a Prince Albert, perhaps?). It makes you wonder what Mattel, the company behind the plastic duo, has next in the pipeline. Maybe they'll have a model of Birmingham airport, where Ken can kick the sh*t out of rival bike gang members?
