2007 Ducati Superbike 1098, Ducati 1098 - Yellow, 9849 miles, with over $6000 parts and labor including, spare forged aluminum rear wheel, new gas tank replaced under factory recall, Speedy Moto triple clamp (gold) wood craft clip-ons, Ducati race seat, spare Seargant seat, Ducati oem seat with Luimoto cover, new intake runners, BMC larger carbon fiber velocity intake stacks, BMC race filter, EVO gold slave cylinder, Pro Italia open clutch cover custom painted, Ducati taller windscreen, replaced water hoses with red silicon hoses, gel battery, installed Ducati race ecu flash and have the spare OEM ecu, carbon rear hugger and front fendor, CNR adjustable cluch and brake levers, Leo Vince SBK full titanium exhaust system with carbon cans, Ohlins TTX36 rear shock with knob for adjusting pre-load, and Ohlins FRGT-803 front shocks, carbon fiber key guard, probably other stuff I forgot to mention. European Union Approves Audi Acquisition of Ducati
Tue, 03 Jul 2012The European Union has granted approval of Audi‘s acquisition of Ducati, removing any legal barriers to the sale. The approval was expected, but an official decision was nevertheless required before the transaction could proceed. The acquisition was announced in April but the deal was still subject to examination by anti-trust authorities.
Saltarelli Classic Ducati Collection Up for Auction
Tue, 17 Jan 2012One of the world’s largest private collections of Ducati motorcycles is going on the auction block. Former Ducati factory test rider, racer and dealer Carlo Saltarelli is selling his collection of classic motorcycles at RM Auction‘s biennial auction in Monaco on May 11-12 during the Grand Prix of Monaco Historique. Saltarelli’s collection includes 100 motorcycles including a 1970 ex-Works Ducati 450 Desmo Corsa which was featured in the Ducati museum in Bologna, Italy.
Ducati Announces 2012 848evo Racing Contingency Program
Fri, 10 Feb 2012Ducati 848evo racers rejoice. Today the company announced racing contingency programs for select series throughout the country. FreedomRoad Financial has partnered with Ducati and is offering substantial cash payments to race winners. Eligible series include CCS, CMRA, CRA, USBA, MRA, OMRRA, WMRRA, AFM and WERA, with cash payments equaling $300 for third place, $600 for second, and $1200 for first, payable via cashier’s check.
