Ducati 2007 Sport Classic 1000 Sport Red 985 Original miles--All Original-Odometer shows 778 miles as I rode it a few miles since pics. Never in rain or elements. 1st oil change done. Emissions equipment removed--Do not have. Original fuel tank replaced with a new OEM one and interior of tank coated. Have owner's manual & the 3 keys (2 black & 1 red). One of the lowest mile all original Sport Classics you will find with the rare red color. Only addition is a battery tender lead to keep the battery fresh. Bayliss has made it quite clear that he wants to race V8s as the next stage of his racing career. He allegedly turned down a multi-million dollar contract from Ducati when he decided to quit WSB.

Wed, 26 Sep 2012It’s no secret that promoter Dorna Motorsports has been trying to push a standardized electronics control unit for teams in the MotoGP World Championship. The lack of a top-tier electronics package has been one of the biggest challenges faced by MotoGP’s claiming rule teams, and a spec ECU would narrow the gap between the CRT bikes and the factory prototypes. The manufacturers competing in the series, Honda, Ducati and Yamaha, understandably are resistant to the idea considering the effort they’ve put in to develop their electronics systems.
New Spy Photo of Near-Complete 2013 Ducati Multistrada/Hyperstrada 848
Wed, 11 Jul 2012The latest spy photo of Ducati‘s upcoming 848-engined model continues to muddle the debate as to whether the new motorcycle is a Hypermotard or a Multistrada. The new model appears to blend elements of the two existing bikes with the liquid-cooled Testastretta 11° engine and an all-new frame. What will likely emerge is a new model with a couple of variations, a sport version and a touring version, This latest picture (the one shown below the jump has been tweaked for better contrast and a bit of sharpening) reveals the new side-mounted exhaust design and Ohlins suspension.
