2011 Ducati Monster 796, I am selling my 2011 Ducati Monster 796. It's matte black. It was purchased this season at the beginning of the season. I bought it from a dealer. It is my baby but i just don't have time to ride. The bike is in Excellent condition. No problems at all. The bike has 2772 miles on it. Never seen rain ever. It came with a fender eliminator kit that is sweet. It came with CRG Clutch and Brake levers that are after market. Never been raced, abused or laid down. The bike is in immaculate condition. It has always been babied. I have all the original keys and books for the bike too. Adult owned and ridden. Never raced or abused. 2772 miles mileage may be slightly higher. On the 11th January 1962, Steve Hislop was born in Hawick, Scotland. Today would have been his 50th birthday, but he was tragically killed in a helicopter accident in 2003. Hizzy was a genius on a motorbike and when he was happy with everything around him, he was amongst the best in the world.

FIM to Revise WSBK Homologation Requirements

The International Motorcycling Federation is considering modifying its homologation requirements for the World Superbike Championship following Bimota‘s somewhat surprising plans to re-enter the series. Under current regulations, manufacturers must produce a minimum number of motorcycles for it to be eligible to compete in the production-based WSBK championship. The official regulations currently require a minimum of 125 units produced for an initial homologation inspection, 500 units produced by June 30 of the current year, 1,000 units by the end of the current year and 2,000 units by the end of the following year.

Ducati has resumed production

Italian motorcycle manufacturers are gradually returning from forced downtime. Ducati was the first to resume production of bikes. The Italian authorities have announced the so-called second phase of the return to normal life program, which begins on May 4 and involves the launch of a number of enterprises.
