1976 BMW r75/6 Very nice unrestored, original bike with lots of extras, and less than 19,000 miles It runs and rides excellent, and is ready to ride. The Metzler Tires with like new tread, Everything works, Motor is strong, shifts nicely through the gears, Nice Windjammer Faring, the windshield has lower cracks but out of view and still very functional. There is some minor pitting on some chrome, the seat is perfect, with the passenger backrest, Paint is beautiful with only very minor imperfections. It has Krauser Hard removable bags that lock with the key, no cracks and in great shape as well. The bike comes with original owners manual, complete tool kit and air pump located under the seat. The key works on that as well.

Mon, 23 Apr 2012The Netherlands hosted a dramatic weekend of World Superbike racing that featured a red-flagged wet race, several riders crashing while leading, a first-time race winner, a photo finish between two teammates and the reigning World Champion finishing out of the points because of a poor choice of tires. The 2011 WSBK Champion Carlos Checa arrived at Assen with the lead in the championship and a three-race winning streak, but opting to run wet tires in Race Two cost him the lead and may have contributed to a crash that severely injured Liberty Racing‘s Brett McCormick. Competition Accessories Steps Up Sponsorship of Foremos/Pegram Racing AMA Superbike Team
Wed, 09 Mar 2011Competition Accessories, the well known direct merchant of motorcycle parts and accessories and Other Accessories has stepped up its promotional support for Larry Pegram and the Foremost/Pegram Racing BMW S1000RR campaigning in the AMA American Superbike Championship for 2011. In addition to increasing its traditional long-term level of support for the team, Comp-AŽ is sponsoring the distribution of specially designed (see image) 50th Anniversary shirts for several hours each race day from the Pegram Racing Transport / Garage area. A minimum of 1,000 shirts will be available for distribution at each race weekend.
2012 US Motorcycle Sales Results – Industry Reports 2.6% Increase
Tue, 05 Feb 2013The Motorcycle Industry Council reported a 2.6% increase in motorcycle sales in the U.S. market for 2012. According to the industry group’s figures, American consumers purchased 452,386 motorcycles in 2012 compared to 440,899 motorcycles in 2011.
