BMW R-Series description

1958 BMW R26, Black, Numbers Matching, Clear Title in Hand. Brand new Battery, OEM Centerstand, Seat Cover, and Metzeler C Block tires just like the originals.  Unsure of true mileage, speedo replaced at some point.  I was told it was used in Germany, and it is fitted with original bar end turn signals which I believe were required in Germany at that time.  Just serviced by local BMW Motorcycle mechanic, starts right up and great running condition.

Spy Video Provides Up-Close Look at 2014 BMW R1200RT/R1200GT

Last month, we published spy photos of what appeared to be some prototypes of the 2014 BMW R1200RT sport-tourer undergoing testing somewhere in southern France. Unfortunately, the photographs were captured from far away, preventing us from seeing many details apart from the new water-cooled Boxer engine from the new GS and what appears to be the adaptive headlight from the K1600GT and GTL. Thankfully, a new video has surfaced, providing an up-close look at the new R1200RT.

BMW clothing offer an array of sizing, not just ‘small, medium and large’ of other manufacturers. They will let you pre-order a choice of size combinations to try with no obligation to purchase. As for the quality you’d think you were on a visit to Nasa with everything they’ve thrown into their textiles – Gore-tex laminated with Armacor provides abrasion and heat resistance.

The future of law enforcement?

THANKFULLY you're not looking at latest addition to the US Police force's motorcycle fleet - it's the futuristic machine that featured in the 2009 movie "Star Trek" .It's being prepped before being suspended mid-air in the "Born to be Wild: Vintage and Celebrity Motorcycles" exhibition in the Reagan Library's Air Force One Pavilion in Simi Valley, California. Looks a bit like a BMW R1200S, don't you think?
