2014 BMW R1200GS Adventure Revealed

BMW has updated its R1200GS Adventure for 2014, giving it similar updates introduced on the R1200GS including the liquid-cooled 1170cc boxer engine. The more off-road capable version of the GS now has more power than ever before, as well as the option of coming with BMW’s semi-active suspension. EBR 1190 Wins 2011 European Superbike Championship

Harald Kitsch and the Pegasus Race Team has won its second championship on the EBR 1190RR, capturing the 2011 European Superbike open race class title. The championship follows Kitsch’s win in the 2010 Sound of Thunder V-Twin Championship on the Erik Buell Racing racebike. While the Sound of Thunder championship was won against other V-Twin machines, the European Superbike class included sportbikes from the Japanese Big Four, BMW, Aprilia and Ducati.

The first photos of a small-capacity naked bike developed by German and Indian BMW and TVS engineers were leaked to the Internet. The motorcycle got into the lenses of spy cameras during tests in Germany. It is expected that the novelty will be equipped with a 300 cc single-cylinder power plant.
